This is very simple. Add this code to your main form.

Private Sub Form_Unload(Cancel As Integer)
Cancel = 1
End Sub

I Suggest you add this when you have completed your app. As this gives an error whilst debugging. But no worries it works when you compile ^.^

Make my application impossible to edit? I think this is kind-of obvious, just do not release the source code and everything should be fine. If you're trying to explain something else, please inform me. I've might understood this in the wrong way
