Headers and Footers clearing

I request a facility independent of our forums to clear our headers and footers. Something like a page where we enter our forum url, name and password and it will clear our headers and footers. It would reduce the work you have to do, SMF For Free because people who mess up their forums don't have to ask you to clear their headers and footers, and also when someone messes up, they would not have to wait for you to clear it.

I have that built for SMF For Free 3 just have not published it yet.
