You can put the Meebo Bar on your site.
Sign up for an account at http://bar.meebo.com/
After you sign up it gives you the option to create the bar.
Click on: I have a Movable Type site that I host myself

Paste the scripts from Step 3 and Step 6 into your Header then Save it.
The Meebo Bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Back at the Meebo Site click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
To Customize the Bar click on  "My Button Settings"
From there you can drag and drop buttons onto the bar and take care of some settings.
