Forum Based RSVP Lists

I use my forum for my MMO Gaming group. We have a lot of preplanned events and it would be great if we could have an RSVP button on the forums that would automatically add a character's name and level to an RSVP list created by the O.P.

The RSVP entry fields would have to allow for people to enter various character names, level and class for a given event so it might display something like this:



Setting up the RSVP table should also allow for a customizable number of invites. Most MMO groups consists of 6 or 12 players but we often set up multiple groups so multiple tables would be required. For that, I guess we would need another option for the person signing up to choose which event(s) she planning to attend. Once a card filled, the option would be grayed out.

I know this may seem like a simple problem of just adding names to an RSVP list as they reply to a thread but it's sometimes difficult for the guild Officers to keep up with the replies and can be quite a lot of work keeping it all straight when you have 65 people wanting to squeeze into 24 open spots.

If you have any other ideas that might help me out, please don't hesitate to share them

well this is a really narrow option... If you find a coder that would make a special code that would make it so when ever some ones press an block that it would add their username to a list that would pull some information about the profile.... that is the only way i would seem fit to your request... maybe you should try going to request a code forum, if Smfforfree decides to not go with this option.
