You could make that the attachments have their own menu, like if you click Additional Options in a post, and then click Manage Attachments that you get a Step-By Step menu where you need to upload files and images, manage the displayed name etc.

This would be um... Interesting? But is this really necessary? If you are 13 years old, (which you need to be to use this service) you should be able by this time, to know how to attach a file.
