Runescape Style sheet wont work (white backround)

I am hosting my own Smf forum and I trying to use this style sheet:
http://www.smfsupport.com/support/stylesheet-codes/((stylesheet))-runescape-v2/
But I get this White back round and the Smf logo on top!

I added the CSS footer and Headers and thats it! I modified the Classic Yabb SE theme
