 I understand about copy the  CSS  code  to  insert  to  change  a persons  web  site  design,  BUT  WHAT  ARE  THE  LINKS  FOR  LISTED  UNDER  DEMO  HERE ? are they already added  to  the  CSS  or  do  we  add  what  we  like  in  the  head /footer

Those are for on/off images.   You can use them by going to Admin > Manage Styles > Customize Images.    Look for the images and urls for the on and off images and replace those links with the ones in the thread.

I removed that second post for ya  ;)
