SMF For Free Support Forum

I have two different areas on my site where the text is unreadable because of its colour. Can someone please direct me to their locations in the style.css file, i'm having trouble finding it. 
The first is a short welcome message at the top which currently is black against a dark background  This needs to be changed to white.

The second thing ive had trouble finding is the unselected text in drop down boxes, which needs to be changed to black.

It is not an Smf For Free site...  afraid we are unable to help you with any css / stylesheet issues....  suggest you check with simplemachines.org at their support forum 

My site is SMF and I did get it for free, but I didn't know that not being a .smfforfree site was a problem. I've posted a stylesheet issue question on this site before and it was answered without any issues.   Sorry, I didn't know about that.

I would find out who designed the stylesheet you are using and ask them... would be the easiest way for you to find out how to fix that, especially since that theme is designed differently then the default theme is....       

The theme was hidden deep within some random forum site and I can't remember where lol.
The forum background areas used to be white but was way too bright compared to the rest of the theme. So i've been altering the theme and have inverted all the colours, and then went from there. I should be able to find and change those two text colours back eventually, its just its the stylesheet is a very long list lol.

Prob is that we cannot install themes so we would not be able to change/test it      Give simplemachines support forum a try.. maybe someone there will recognize it and be able to help you out.    I would but I would be guessing (and I wont do that)
