Now I am know to the support forums and I recently just discovered I had an account with a forum, that I couldn't delete due to no delete option. I decided to use it anyways. Now I am wondering, is there any chance of the Multi-Color Skin to be added on the list of skins? I always liked this one and I am wondering if it will become available to use on my forums. Thank you all for your time. It was the Saf-Multicolor skin.

Themes are not added to the forums, so that would be a no.    Our forums use only ONE Theme, the Default Core Theme.
You have the ability, thru Manage Styles in Admin, to change the look of the default theme by editing the stylesheet for the Default Core Theme, creating new stylesheets, etc.

If you want to be able to use that particular "theme" perhaps someone could do a remake of it, and make a stylesheet that would make the default theme look as close as possible to that theme.        It would be wise to get permission from the original author of that theme before doing so.   Keep in mind though that since it would be a stylesheet that changes the look of the Default Theme, it would not give you the ability to change colors.     To do that would mean creating a stylesheet for each color then writing a code to allow you/your members do so.    Would take abit of time and work to do that.
