Hi I'm making a stylesheet but when i tried it on my test fourm the image followed me when i scrolled down. Also it was small. So my question is How do I Set it to one spot? and How do i make it bigger? If i have to tile it is there another way to have more then one image?

Check out what i mean on my test fourm:

You would have to enlarge the image in a graphics program to make it bigger.
There isn't method for controlling the width or height of a background image in css.
Have you checked w3schools for background positioning?
http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_background.asp
background-position:   top center;     Puts the image centered at the top
background-position:   bottom left;    Puts it at the bottom left

if you want it in a specific spot use percentages  (go to w3schools to find out how to do that)

If you tile it.. it will tile just that image yes and no you cant have it tile more then one image.
You cant tell it more then one image for the background.
You would have to make a new larger image with that one and the other image you want on it.

Not sure I understand.  The image does not move for me..     I was about to look at your css but you've changed stylesheets.

I did notice you have it set to "fixed"     if you dont want the forum scrolling over the image like that remove  background-attachment:  fixed;
