How do i install new themes?

I wanted to install some new themes for my site,but since i'm still kinda new to managing a forum i don't know how to.

http://themes.simplemachines.org/index.php?action=search;type=8 >>i wanted the cerberus and black22 themes installed in my forum.

chaotickingdom.smfforfree.com/index.php <<my forum

can someone please install them for me,thanks! :)

SMF For Free stated that he could install any 1.07 theme for a small fee.
Therefore for a small fee he could install those two..however he doesn't want to install those now since SMF 1.1 is coming out soon.

Keep them in mind, I personally like those too!

Nope, sorry

However there's lot of customization options on 1.1 so with a little HTML and CSS knowledge(just a little) you could essentially make your own theme.

That is styles. Not themes. That is not going to help to anwser chaos.

They are generally the same thing. Both are based on the same idea...modifying the appearance of the forum to ones own tastes.
