red canes, red background... all easy enough to do.
The falling snow however you would need to use a script/code to do that.
It wouldnt be part of the stylesheet.   Couldnt be unless someone made one humongous animated wallpaper and I dont even wanna think of what size that image would wind up being nor all the work involved in doing so  ;)

People can make snow falling sometimes depending on the code the snow or whatever image you use will end about give or take 1 second. As for the stylesheet I can try to work on it. With that I can guarantee(how ever you spell it) that it will be a little or allot messed up. Ill try my best though

Ok I have been trying to make a big backround but simply sibyl is totally right. The backround would hae to be so huge that you can't make it on photoshop which is what I use. I'm currently going to try to use paint to make that backround big then save it and open it in photoshop maybe I can do it that way. Who knows..... :P

Well if I have your permission to use one of your christmas backrounds :P Then I could proly put some animated candy canes on the side. But doing the candy canes would be way way easier lol. The graphic would be like 1308x30000 thats what I had and when I made animated snow the image was so big you couldn't see the snow moving

lol just saw your note re: the animated snow.   I would hate to be on dialup and have that image loading up LOL
Maybe, possibly, do a snow animation for the catbg or titlebg..   but he/she could always use a snow script.  There are a few in the codes section

Yeah I'm trying to make it looks cool. I proly wont have new post icons or anything like that but I will have animated backround and maybe the little bars that for example you see the name of a board on.
