[Request] Sonic the Hedgehog Stylesheet

I came back from the dead...just to ask if anybody here would be kind enough to code me a Sonic the Hedgehog stylesheet.  I want the background image to be related to the first stage, Green Hill Zone.

Also, can whoever makes it have it done around tonight, or tomorrow night, please?  I don't want to rush anybody, I just want it rather soon...

Edit-Would you look at that, my 100th post...

There are only a few people who do them around here.
Also to do it that quick would mean throwing it together, not testing all areas of it, not taking the time to really do it justice so you'ld be best to wait and let someone really take their time with it.
