the home of my forum i want it to say like welcome if your a guest register and click forum btw my

First you need to create a board with a topic that will say what you are wanting to tell your guests (make sure you have it set to where guests can see it), then you need to turn on your Portal Page (admin cp > portal settings) and have it direct to that board/topic.
