ok, you used the background from runescape, so I don't really like it, because it wouldn't fit the theme really.
Also, change the font so you can see it better.

Yes, overall it is very good. :) It's old-school Naruto! The colours go very well in matching the overall Naruto scheme. I think the only thing I would change, would be to 'fix' the background so when scrolling the page, you end up being able to see the whole background. Very nicely done, indeed!

Learning more all the time.  You need to adjust the font colors a little, some of them are hard to read.
