Admin > Manage Styles > Customize Images

the on, on2, new some, new none images replace these

(https://www.smfsupport.com/support/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi4.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fy138%2Fconnieaz%2FScreenShot00109.jpg&hash=c93d1735e9e09abcfaee6e0a6a3d70a4)

The rest are for images in the info center.
You'll find them further down on that page under the Icon Images Category

(https://www.smfsupport.com/support/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi4.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fy138%2Fconnieaz%2FScreenShot00110.jpg&hash=806afe1c31d86b70826b213f94eec615)

the xx.gif one is the last one on the page

Take note of the filenames for them as you replace them so you replace the correct ones.

Sorry For The 11 Day Bumb, But Sibyl, You Need To Fix That Stylesheet A Bit.
It's Annoying Me A Little Bit.
Now Don't Get Me Wrong, I LOVE The Stylesheet...
But When You Have Something That Needs To Scroll Horizontaly, It Won't Display The Bar To Scroll.
So, Please Fix That Small Bug Sibyl.
Thanks!

Weegee there is nothing about the css that would cause that to happen.   Has to be something else going on, on your forum...   possibly a code you have installed?   Possibly an issue with your browser?       Helpful if you can give an exact example/screenshot of where you are having the issue.   I have this installed on one of my test forums and I can assure you the horizontal scrollbars are there.

The css doesn't deal with taking those off.  It might be a code somewhere in your headers and footers.  Try taking everything out of your headers and see if that makes the scroll things appear.  If not put the headers back in and then take out the footers and see.  If when you take out the headers and the scrolls appear then it's a code in your headers, or the same with footers.

I installed this stylesheet onto a test site and I when I try to post anything, I experience a lag in keystrokes.  I have tried other stylesheets and have no problem, just seems to be with this one. I tried to reinstall and still have the same problem.  Am I doing something wrong?

no, not at all.
The opacity settings to do the transparency do have a habit of making it lag abit.    I have noticed it with any style that is made using those settings.    Unfortunate, but not something I can do anything about  (unless I create actual transparent images for the style).   Seems worse in IE then in Fox.    If you want to use the style without transparency look for this area:

Code: [Select]
/* The main body of the entire forum. */
body
{
                background-color: black;
                background-image:  url(http://www.styleyourforum.com/data/225/css0.jpg);
                background-position:  top left;
                background-repeat:  repeat-x;
                background-attachment:  fixed;
                margin: auto;
                width:  960px;
                padding-top: 30px;
                opacity:0.90;
                filter:alpha(opacity=90);
}

Remove this part of it:
opacity:0.90;
filter:alpha(opacity=90);

I Removed All Of The Footers, And It Was Fixed.
So, I Skimmed Through To See What Code It Was, But Every Code I Took Out Didn't Make It Better.

As death said, the css doesnt take those off.     Honestly -   it doesnt.
It has got to be one of the codes that you are using.
You said you removed all of the footers and it was fixed.. that should tell you that it was a code in your footers causing it.

background image is large.. could be slowing ya down abit.    other then that the styles not overly graphical..   runs fast for me but Im on a very fast computer and have a very fast connection so its hard to know how it will view for everyones circumstances.

Yeah!  But Every Code I Took Out Didn't Make The Problem Any Better.
If I Remove ALL Of The Footers, It Works.
But Like I Said, I Skimmed Through The Codes, And Removed One At A Time.
None Of Them Made The Problem Better.

If I Remove ALL Of The Footers, It Works.

No prob.. you arent confusing me...    ;)

If you remove them all it works fine.
So, that means that one or a combination of some of the codes causes you the problem.
Try putting one in at a time..   check to see if it works.
Try combinations of them.      I know thats a pain but its honestly gotta be something you are putting in the footer that is doing this.   The css isnt doing it.. it can't.    The forums html looks to the css for the colors, background images, fonts, that are defined in the css.    We dont set things like the scrollbars in the css.
Codes seem to be really popular but ya never know how they may effect things.

weegee..    for some reason the codes you are using in your footer do not get along well with the opacity settings.
Makes NO sense to me at all but if you remove the opacity settings from the css then your scrollbars come back.     Really weird.

If you look back in this thread I told a guy how to remove those two lines of code.   It'll mean you will lose the transparency effect but the style looks very similar without being transparent.

Here is the post for how to remove those two lines from the css:

Did you refresh your browser after removing those two lines from the css THEN check your header/footer area?       Checked it on my test forum again and it fixed it immediately.    Dunno what else to tell you.   There is something in those footer codes that isnt getting along with the css at all.

There is no header or footer code for this style.  Only the CSS and some Custom Images.

This will help you with the css:  How to add a stylesheet (http://www.smfsupport.com/support/stylesheet_codes/how_to_install_a_stylesheet-t19069.0.html;msg72839)  (with pictures)

The Custom Images can be used via Manage Styles/Customize Images.  Replace the image links with those in the directions.

Which part of this code for the CS add in is the part that changes your admin's log in to red? I need to change it to another color and wasn't sure which part of the coding to fix :( ...due to an eye condition red blurs out on me so trying to fix all the parts that have red in but keep similar style...thanks for any help
