I have a few questions about hiding things selectively
1. I want to hide an adult humour board from appearing in the recent posts section
2. I want to hide ALL recent post lists from guests
3. as a matter of fact I would like to hide the entire contents of the site from anyone not a member and not logged in.
Please can someone help me with clear step by step instructions on this

You can go to your forum as a Guest to check that.
Since the Boards are hidden, none of their posts will show via the recent posts link.

I ALSO need to hide the one board from the recent posts for members also

Can't stop the posts from showing in recent posts for a board they have access to.
