As in completely hide links from the board, or just not allow them to click them?

If you are referring to the links gallery, which creates the tab "Links" then go to Admin>CP>Members>Permissions>Guests>Modify>SMF Links>Uncheck "View Links Page". By default, it should, along with all the other aspects of the links area, be turned off.  ;)

There is a solution for this, so guests cannot see 'any' link in topics only.  Not everywhere, click here.  You must know how to set this up, but I think so you know how to do that.
