Try moving the jquery code that is in your header to the top of your header but replace it with THIS one:

If that doesnt do it.. I dunno.. will have to wait to see what death says.

Agent here, I found a way to make it so that you can hide it through CSS

Just edit your skin, and add this to the CSS box at the bottom:
