Since you are posting a paid task on this forum I'm going to warm you of a few things.

1) Check the credentials of the programmer. They should have a decent portfolio
2) Don't pay until you see some results
3) We can't help you if you get ripped off, so watch yourself ;)

I am quite sure he was referring to programming languages, like ruby, c/c++, lua, java.
