Personal Home Pagee was atlest the original name, I don't know if it still is.  It is a scripting language that works with SQL.

• PHP stands for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor
• PHP is a server-side scripting language, like ASP
• PHP scripts are executed on the server
• PHP supports many databases (MySQL, Informix, Oracle, Sybase, Solid, PostgreSQL, Generic ODBC, etc.)
• PHP is an open source software
• PHP is free to download and use
• PHP files can contain text, HTML tags and scripts
• PHP files are returned to the browser as plain HTML
• PHP files have a file extension of ".php", ".php3", or ".phtml"

All of the above was a Copy & Paste from W3Schools.com

The only PHP codes to apply to your own hosted forum would be the Shop that I wrote, I believe there isn't any others.

... What?

PHP stands for Hypertext Pre-Processor, which is a processing language that can manipulate how a server reads files.
