General Support / Safety Certificate

Some of my members are complaining that they can't log into the site from their computers, only from an ipad and that the safety certificate has expired. I've not had these issues so I'm not totally sure exactly the issue.
Also, the post count now seems to be set to .00 decimal places for some reason.

One thing I can easily suggest is for them to user another email then forward to their hotmail.
I can check logs again but hotmail very hard to email to in general.

Re: http://thecolonnaderoom.smfforfree3.com/index.php

Just a heads up that the same member at my site messaged that he's not getting emailed notifications for posts.  He uses Hotmail, which I suppose would be Outlook these days.  Any tips for getting the notifications going again?  This happens every once in a while for him (last July, then the November prior to that). Today he shared that he hasn't gotten notified on posts from our off-topic and general boards.

What browser? It might be possible to fix by switching updating the dns to something like cloudflare

I have contacted and attempted to resolve the problem through godaddy who protect sites and gave the rights to my domain name. I spent over an hour with them and they told me my hosting site is responsible for dns problems and that you can fix the problem. Please help …these annoying messages have practically shut down my site and your hosting involvement… thanks.
