Ok tried and have no idea lol i have this set up http://letthemusicspeak.smfforfree.com/Smileys/users/letthemusicspeak/ but when i upload them and go to look at them, there is other smilies ther (that yu cant see) and none of mine? Dont think i will get this done lol

Hi everyone! Im new here after a bad experience with another forum i used 
But im glad it was bad cause SMF Free is great! 
Im so lost though 
Just a few Question im going to put in the one thread instead of posting everywere!
1 Where do i put the code in for a banner?
2 I have no idea how to add custom emotions (love the ones used here if thats possible?)
3 how do I have it so that Admin dont have a post limit to give Karma?
4 How do i get rid of the rank of admin and mods?
I think thats it sorry for being a pain, will probably feel stupid for haveing it explained as its probably so simple!!
