I'm logged into my forum yet "Users Online" won't click open under Info Center, so I cannot see whose online.  This never happened before.  Any idea how to resolve it?

Lately it's been difficult to make this feature respond.   I changed the logo.  Had to delete the old one & 'save' at least 10 or 11 times before I could successfully delete it.  Same problem after putting in the url of the new logo.  Also, I chose not to show latest member on board index by unchecking the box and 'save.'  But just not responding.  Latest member name still there though the box is unchecked.  Would really appreciate if SMF could check and fix the tech issue here.

Recently I unlocked a couple of topics that were locked for the past few months.  But registered users are still locked out of those topics and cannot post replies.  Any help from SMF would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to make a member into a global moderator. 
This was the procedure I followed:- 
Profile > Account settings > from the drop-down list select 'global moderator' > 'change profile' button to save.
Then Admin > permissions > permissions by membergroup > modify 'global moderator' > save changes.

But the new buttons for permissions aren't showing up in the forum for the global moderator .. don't know why.  Did I follow the right steps or have I miss out on something?  Please advise.  Thanks.

Hi again .. is there a way to allow guests to view badges earned by members?  I looked in 'permission by membergroup' but couldn't find this option.

Is there a way to retrieve a lost password?  I haven't lost my forum password.  I've lost my smf support password.  I'm sign-in here now but if anytime I'm signed out, won't be able to return.  Please advise.  Or do I signup again.

Cannot access my forum at approx. 4.30 a.m.  Notification says "This webpage is not available - err connection timed out."   :(

Hope I'll get my forum back.  Feeling very worried.

Hi SMF.   The news fader of my forum works well when I login with Firefox or IE, but freezes when I'm using Chrome.  Any suggestions to resolve this please?

Hi SMF.  I want to give permission to guests to play games at Arcade, save scores and rate games.

Permissions > guest > modify > check the relevant boxes and save.

Yet it doesn't allow guests to use these options.  I tried playing games as guest after logging out, it says "error occured .... you are not allowed to play games."  Any suggestions as to where I might have erred.

Same problem at the guest book where I want to allow guests to post replies to their own topics.

Boards > guest book > permission > guests modify > check box > save.

But again the option isn't working and guests can only post new topics, not replies to those topics.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
