Graphics / [Tutorial] How to add a cool background to your sigs

In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a background like this...



First, open up a new document and make it whatever size you want. If you want to follow the tutorial exactly I used 100x50.



Next, fill the background with the color of your choice. I used b50000.



Next, make a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N or by going Layer>>New Layer. Then make a selection with the Eliptical Marquee tool.



Fill that layer with White.



Next, go Select>>None. Then take the Blur tool and blur ONLY around the edges.



Then the last thing to do it change the opacity of the layer down to around 40%.

I made an animated image and saved it as a .gif but when I uploaded it to photobucket and tried to put it on here it didnt do anything.
