Some members, including myself are not able to see videos that are shared .. It just shows a black box.

Not that it is a huge big deal , as we can right click and paste from properties the url into a browser, but thought I would let ya know... Maybe there is a simple fix ?

General Support / Help with Disappearing Header and Footer !!

I was making a simple edit for my sidebar, and the results of saving it lost all the data within both my header and footer..

Can you "hopefully" put the forum back 12 hours ???

I am just beside myself about fu%#%ing Photobucket !

Users have been finding out about it as their embedded images on other sites have turned into placeholders telling them to update their accounts, and as Photobucket has rolled out email notifications telling them that if they want to keep embedding images, they have to pay $399/year.

Can anyone recommend a good third party photo hosting site that has no problems with embedding images ?

Fu%#%ing Photobucket has just totally screwed up five plus years worth of compiled work and research for myself and forum members..  I am about as pissed off as a guy can be !

General Support / Can we add meta tags to a page created via page manager ?

I know that creating a page through the web page editor will let me add meta tags, but it does not save Chinese characters in the title.. It replaces them with numbers..

As compared to creating a page via page manager which will maintain the Chinese characters in the title, but there is no place for meta tags..

I need the Chinese characters to stay so that can submit the forum to China's Baidu search engine.. And also need a required meta tag code added to the page as well..

Suggestions ?

The forum will not load all the way... So the blue icons to the left of the boards do not light up at all, and the Home,  Help,  Search,  Admin,  Profile,  buttons at top do not load as well..

Plus a few of the categories are now in green ???

I think there are a number of reasons that forum members, myself as admin, the forum as a whole and you as a third party provider are safe in regards to members posting an occasional negative comment publicly about individuals and or institutions without worrying about legal repercussions .. But, I would be interested in your thoughts as the third party provider for the software just to be safe..

I can not merge topics so they are merged in the order I choose.

When I try, it keeps putting the two merged topics in only one order.

When I go to preview before posting, the preview window is so tiny it is really hard to work with..

Is it on your end, or is there some way that I can expand that ?

When typing in a word like "agate", there are hardly any returned search results.. Then if I type in another word like "lapis", nothing comes back with lapis, but instead returns search results for the previous search and returns things for "agate" ..
