I think you need to check permissions. If you want guests to play arcade games you have to allow them.
And second make sure the arcade enabled for everyone. It is under arcade settings.

Its under your admin panel.
Go to Theme and Layout Settings.
Then do both Reset member specific options for all members and Change the default member specific options
This will bring your forum back to where you wanted it.

Just ignore it. Guest can't edit permissions unless you have set that way. Looks like it is just the google search button indexing the page.

No way to add avaters to the gallery. I upload avatar packs that I find and can use. All forums share one common avatar gallery.

Works best using paypal IPN. You need to signup for a paypal account then enable paypal IPN and set the IPN url.
When a subscription is ordered you have the option of upgrading a user to a certain member group.
Ideas: Collect money from users
Have specail forums only paying members can access.
Use it for ecommerce sales. Sell software and other informaiton.
Tons of ideas on ways to make mony.

Yeah, I tried to fix it couldn't figure it out. It is something to do with PHP5.0 and cookieless logins. The next version of SMF fixes it. Tried to backport the fix did not work. For now they need to accept cookies and not block them.
