You can sign up for a new forum at this link:  http://www.freesmfhosting.com/free-forum.php

It has the 1.* branch of the smf software and you can use all of the stylesheets and codes listed on this Support Forum

The stylesheets listed here can not be used with the forum's on Createaforum.   The software version is different and the css and templates are very different so the stylesheets here are not compatible.

You can check the fees for any of the forum upgrades via the link at the bottom of your forum (or via your Admin Panel near the top left)

Delete all of the posts - its a trigger to remove the forum.   (It will not happen immediately but will during Maintenance)

Hi Pippi.

The xtra ones will not work on all of SMF for Free's servers.   Your forum is on freesmfhosting.com -  they do not work on that server  ;)      They do work on smfforfree.com, smfforfree2.com and smfforfree3.com.

You can use smileys from an external site (such as Photobucket) but you need to follow this Guide to do that:
How to replace your Smileys  or pay for the Custom Smiley Upgrade and you can upload all the smileys you want.

I get no warning msg or anything when viewing that thread.   Hmmm I know there is an ad placed in between the posts and its possible it could be one of those ads that causing it.   If it happens to you again take note of the ad (the one thats between the 2nd and 3rd post- just above a post by "The Truth") and see if it happens whenver that particular ad shows.  If thats the case he will need to know exactly which ad it is and a screenshot would be helpful

Go to the Stylesheet Codes Board.   At the top of that Board there are index's for Stylesheets and Holiday Stylesheets.

Once they login to the account it'll show their IP number, not yours.

It shows the members IP number in their profile, not the Administrators.

As a Guest I can not see what is posted in that thread to see what may be causing that alert to happen.

Im not sure that you can do that with Custom Profile Fields with 1.*
Its an Anti Spam/ Verification Question Option in the 2.0 software.

Hi Bodomy .   Would also be best that you use support.createaforum.com for Support as that is the correct Support Forum for your forum.  Reason is the software is a different version and many things are done differently.

General Support / Re: Members Group Color display

This did the job: http://www.smfsupport.com/support/smf-for-free-codes-and-support/%28code%29-color-usernames/
Isn't it possible to change usernames colors using members group id ? 'Cause there's too many members and editing one per one takes some time  :uglystupid2:

There may be another code in that Codes Index (under the same Category as before) that does it by Membergroup.

I'd like know if it's possible to put the legend under "Users Logged In Today", like this (http://www.smfsupport.com/support/smf-for-free-codes-and-support/%28code%29-member-legend-under-users-online/) but under "Users Logged In Today"
Thank you.

Someone would have to create a new code to do it that way;  if its even possible.  You could leave a request in the Code Requests Board.

I see you are using a domain name - but when hovering on links on your forum it shows the smfforfree url.

Are you using url forwarding thru your domain host and using cloaking or masking with it?   If so you have to change that and NOT use masking or cloaking.   It will cause nothing but problems.

You would have to use a code to do that.  There are several listed in the Codes Index      Look under "Member Related"
