I feel dumb but I've looked and don't see any ability to restore a post I accidentally removed (yes, even with the ask override, sigh).
Is there such a thing?

and sorry I think it should have posted in the support forum, but wound up here....

Thank you for the help.
I will ask our members to relogin using HTTPS: although we have lots of threads that have attachments.

I don't know what or how to relink content?
Are you saying to resubmit images and/or other attachments?

General Support / Forum not secure?
« on: April 04, 2019, 08:29:20 am »
Very recently our forum is showing the "connection not secure" broken shield in the URL bar.
Happens to me on a MAC on Firefox, happens to other members on other platforms, too.

Tried to change the URL to https   but that didn't help.

Should we be worried and can we fix it somehow?
Thanks

General Support / Spam Guard leads to bad hash?
« on: April 26, 2017, 06:35:43 pm »
I have two members on our forum that cannot log in.
They get a message
"Blocked by Spam Guard, click here to unlock"

But when they click all it says is:
"bad hash"

I've suggested and they report having done the usual clear cookies, reboot.
One member can log on from another device so it isn't the password.

Any suggestions?

General Support / Unable to load new picture for avatar
« on: April 22, 2017, 01:14:01 pm »
I wanted to change my avatar (I've done it before so it is not the process that I do not understand). I want to load my own jpg off my computer.

I can browse and select the photo, but when I say change profile, nothing happens.
I can set the avatar to a selected one from the provided avatars.
I can set the avatar to no picture.
I can set the avatar to one off the web.

It is only selecting and loading one from my computer that I cannot do. It is like it will not over write the old one ...

Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks
