Hi: My Forum has been hacked by at least two hackers. One of the Hackers is:

Guest (71.246.31.120)    15:47:09   Viewing Jim Hickson's profile.

Please help me as I’m new at this. The Track IP is: Guest (71.246.31.120).

I found this out by: Clicking on Users Online.

Tell me how I should change passwords, if that is the best way to stop this!

Next step setup permissions Under -> Admin -> Permissions then modify each membergroup giving the users the chat permissions they need.

When you say "add a chatroom to your forum" is this for the whole Forum or is it just for me. I'm the "Administrator" for "http://thercrassociationfile.smfforfree.com" and I've got the "ShoutBox" and "CHAT" Button. The "Members" don't have the "ShoutBox", they have the "CHAT" Button with a "You can't access the chat" sign. As a member you can't join the chat. What do I do?
