Hey guys,

I am trying to work out my theme, and well if you click http://ifskinresort.co.nr/ that link and then click "The forum" you'll see my forum, there is a gray strip for the catagory, how do I change that c0c0c0 color to the color I want?

I don't mind the admins too see my info. I have one admin, I'm worried about, and I can't be rude and just knock him down, but being the owner of my board the other admins shouldn't beable to delete me from my own forum.

Currect me if I'm wrong but for the logo I believe you just go too "Current Theme's and settings" and there is a place on there called "Use an image for the header?" check that, then add your url in the "Put the FULL image url here" area.

to install the shoutbox to the bottom, just go to "Manage Styles" then go to "Header and footer" and install it in the footer part.

You can get a shout box at www.cbox.ws

I have no clue on the change of user info and news and the pm question... Someone else will have to help you there.

On some boards they have Root Adminstrator (which is the owner and you can also make a few other root admins if you want) and then you have Adminstrator, the differance is, the Root admin can have access to everyones profile and what not, but admin will have access to everyone but the root admin.

I need this function, I have 3 admins counting myself, I'm trying to set up the permissions for a reg admin, but it comes too this section

Member administration

  • Moderate forum members
  • Manage and assign membergroups
  • Manage permissions
  • Manage ban list
  • Send a forum email to members

The "Manage usergroups and permissions" turn it off for all, I just want it turned off when they try to access my stuff. Does this make since?

I could have sworn I seen an announcment feature in my ACP and I cannot find it now. Not sure what it does or if I thought I seen it and didn't see it lol... But I am looking for a feature that posts a topic on every singal forum area same topic and its an announcment, So say I had a Rule Announcment for my forum I would make this topic and it would be at the top of every forum on my board. lol Does anyone know if we have anything like that here?  :2funny:

Not sure if its alowed or even if there is a such thing on SMF, but on a few other boards I go too have a system where Adminstrators can view members Private messages, the only reason I want this is to make sure certain members follow the rules of the forum I have.
