So the index here, would be the forum, if you had a portal that would be the index. So I believe, it is th home of the site.

Just to explain that differently the password needed for the admin password is the Admin user's password, so your password is the admin password for you, another admin's user passwords would be their admin access password .
Basically whatever that specific admin's password is, is their admin area password.
