General Support / Unable to Move Posts

For whatever reason, I'm unable to move posts between boards anymore as I have for many many years. When I try using multiple browsers, I get a white page with this error message. Thank you so much for your assistance in advance.

Longtime customer here, and kudos to everyone who helps keep everything running as smoothly as they do. On my forums, the shoutbox is gone no matter if I click the open or minimize button. I'd appreciate getting that resolved, thank you.

General Support / Misaligned Boards
« on: February 09, 2016, 04:06:01 pm »
I've been getting reports and screen caps from some of my users that the boards are out of order from what they were before. It's not the case for some, but is for others. Is this due to the server switch? And is there anything they can do, or just give it a little while to synchronize? We're on the freesmfhosting domain.

As always, I appreciate the time and effort put into keeping it all running. Thank you.

General Support / Ad Credits Being Devoured

My ad free credits are being devoured by what I assume to be copious bots. My boards registered almost 400 guests at any one time, and I don't have anywhere near that level of traffic normally. Is there anything we can do to make it ad free for members and not guests? Otherwise I'm going to be refilling ad credits way more than I should need to do.

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I have no idea what caused it to happen. If there's something I might have done, let me know and I'll try not to do it again.

Right. Because there's no button, I can't even get to the chatbox anyway as you can see.

I can do that, but if you just want to see how it looks, I've attached a screen cap with the latest updated version of Firefox.

I've checked with three browsers I use: Firefox, Chrome, and Opera. It's just a blank box to type and no way to input.

I've had chatbox issues myself. On my boards, the buttons and emojis are all gone. And there's no send button displayed either. Even typing in and hitting Enter doesn't make a difference.

General Support / Re: Database Error!

I have the exact same problem the previous posters have mentioned. And also when I try to access the boards from my mobile browser, I have to refresh to get past the ad for Tapatalk. I'm not interested in this program at all, yet it seems to have invaded my boards no matter where I look at them, not to mention I've wasted ad credits having to click around to get back to the board I was posting in if I want to create another post.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

General Discussion / Re: How did you find SMF For Free?
« on: October 11, 2013, 04:39:56 pm »
I found this site when my last forums back on the old InvisionFree boards began to crash consistently. Another forum I was part of used SMF, but they wanted you to rent a server and all that. So I searched for free SMF boards and voila. Here I am four years later, and have no intention of going anywhere else. Liked it so much I began contributing by buying services for my forums as well.  8)

I have been unable to reach my forums, both of which are on freesmfhosting.com. It is an error page, and on my phone, it shows bad server request. Any assistance would be extremely appreciated, and I thank you in advance.
