Hello,
I am unable to access my forum. I can see it here: http://thewillows.smfforfree3.com/ When I try to login, I get the following message.
This page can’t be displayed
•Make sure the web address http://www.willowscove.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
www.willowscove.com is my domain for the forum. What do you suggest I try?

Hi, I am wondering if the auto-embedding for YouTube vids is still being supported within the forumboards?

My members post Youtube vids occasionally, and it used to show up as a small embedded player.
However, that's changed and it doesn't work now.
Is this feature still available?
If so, can anyone help me figure out it won't show up?

Thank you all the people at SMF that helped me resolve this issue.
I am not sure if my forum board just straightened it out on its own regarding this issue, but I rather suspect it was the nice people here that did it for me.
For this incident and my other ones over the years, I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone here for helping me; you have resolved every single one.
You have saved more of my brain cells than you know. And, I need every one that I have.

I've tried to do that and it still doesn't work. I've had another Admin on my board try to do it as well -- no go.
The category/board is "Santa's Village" and I'm trying to move it up right before "Sanctuary".
Can someone check my board and try to do that?

I've set up a new category for my board, and in the Admin Panel it shows the correct placement of where the category/boards should be.
Yet, on the actual board proper, that category shows up at the bottom.
Also, the individual boards are set up in a certain order in the Admin Panel, however, it shows up on the actual forum board in the wrong order.
What am I doing wrong? Please help me!

General Support / Unread Posts not showing up or disappearing?

A few members are having issues with their "unread posts" working properly, and hoping if someone might be able to help me out.
When you log into the forum, you can click on "unread posts".
Yet, if you click out without opening any of the unread posts and come back to it again, they all have disappeared.
Why is this happening -- even when you haven't opened any unread posts?
Also, some members are complaining that new posts are not showing for them.
Anyone gotta clue?

Just upgraded tonight, added chatroom and shoutbox to my forum.
I've disabled "shoutbox" in permissions in the Admin Panel.
But, forum members can see the shoutbox.
How do I disable the shoutbox BUT keep the chatroom?
