you need to find a shoutbox and then using the default theme post this code in your headers , this will add a shoutbox the left side of your forum. i would watch my width i used on my shoutbox. you can also add other things besides a saybox :) to move your saybox up and down using this code just add <br> before it to move it down take away <br> to move it up
