Is there anyway, I can delete posts - hundreds of posts by one user other than "one at a time"?
The posts are made by myself and I am the Admin/owner of the board.
I would rather erase all of my posts, but some will need to remain with the board for "instructional" purposes.
I can not delete myself, so I want to erase my posts.  (please do not ask, I have personal reasons).

Thanks!

Betty

Thanks smf, it still has not been fixed according to my member.
He is aware of you trying to help and for hotmail/Microsoft being sent a complaint etc.

Thank you :-/

What is the persons email provider?

He uses hotmail.  I am assuming it has to do with his emails.
No one else in the group {voluntarily} receives emailed responses.

I have a member who is not receiving his emailed notifications that someone has replied to his post or a post that he has responded to.  I have checked his preferences and he is still marked to receive them.  I am the Admin and have not "tweaked" anything on the board in over a years time. I do not know when this started for him.  Is there anything else I can do?

Contact us need page need email address used.

I must be a real idiot tonight because I have no clue where the contact us page is.  I went to my Admin board and couldn't find anything.  I have the email address in which the account was used.  Can you send me a link to where I need to send the request to disolve the revolving credit? Thank you.

She would need to send a request in or cancel via paypal.

Where does she send the request?

I had a member who was keeping the Ad-free credits revolving for us.  She is no longer with our board as a member and has had her account deleted as a member.  How can we discontinue her revolving charges?

Thank you.

General Support / Admin/Creator of board leaving the board

I am the Admin and creator of the board.  I tried to delete myself and couldn't unless I just locked the board down.  I have appointed others to replace me and gave them access but when they tried to delete me it gave an error message about being a creator .  Am I able to leave without locking down the board?  I was told before that the Admin couldn't just leave.

Please advise.
