I just wanted to post my views on the new President, Barack Obama. Now, I am definitely in no way racist and I don't have a problem with anyone (Unless they have a problem with me). I just feel that black people are making such a big deal about this. I know it is a HUGE thing, but, when I was watching the news I noticed that at all the celebration parties etc almost EVERY single person was black. I feel that because they are making such a big deal about it, it is clearly stating a huge divide in peoples colours and cultures. It's making black people feel that they are more important, and I believe that black people will now think they are more powerful than anyone and will do things to show this. I just want to state again I am NOT racist, please don't take this the wrong way. I feel that Barack Obama should just be accepted into the office with no special parties for people, just because he is black. Because there is loads of celebrations about him being black, it is clearly outlining divides in peoples skin colour. Does anyone understand what I mean? And what is your views on this matter?

What do people have against Windows Vista? It is so much more stable, faster and better on the eyes than any other Operating System. So what does everyone have against it?

Can someone make a guide on how to create a theme?

I don't mean just changing the colour etc. (Although I also need to know how to do that aswell  ;D)

But yeah, I want to know how to make the style have a different layout etc.

General Support / Member Groups problem :(

Hi, I want custom member groups for my forum. I know how to do this, however I want me (The forum owner) to have a separate picture than the other admins. When I create a new member group and add myself to it, I can't seem to give myself all my site owner privileges back. Any help?

I swear I'm not trying to advertise my forum here, but take a look at it

A few days ago all the footers just disappeared randomly, we have put back most of them, but a problem has occurred, look on the left of it then on the right. The themes border (on the right) has disappeared, and before it was all left aligned, but we changed the width to make it look central.

I need help in correcting the problem of the disapearing right border.... Please help.

SMF For Free Codes and Support / Pop Up? Please help!

Is there any way to make a pop up message on the screen? For example, when they log onto my forum a message would pop up saying "Please check out the arcade!" or something similar?

Or is there a way to make text float around the screen or follow your mouse?
I have seen the code for making text float down the screen, but when I use this it renders anything in their path unclickable.

I need urgent help updating my forum to the new BETA version. I know people may say, "Nar mang don' updait eet its crap" But I NEED to. Please walk me through step by step. Thanks. Also I heard something about uploading to a server or something. I have no idea what that is. PLEASE HELP. I'm not too good at it.  :uglystupid2:
