Okay,MY Msn is being gay now.
not letting me download anything and I have parental controls for some reason.
I can't download anything in links so don't send.
Since I didn't/can't download internet explorer or anything like that.I go to control Panel>Type in url>When im on youtube the video previews have red X's on them.Idk why is that?
And some times im searching things and i get this:

and IE still doesn't work.

How do you add Rep Power-Means instead of repping++ once you rep more than once.
