Bugs / Dead Forum

I used to run this forum but I shut it down 3 yrs ago, to my surprise today I went to just see and its still there.  As far as I remember, if you didnt want the forum anymore, you put it in "maintence mode" and then it gets deleted a few months later.  Did I miss a step somewhere or is this a glitch?

I have literally tried to disable this 15 times, and it still puts itself back on to medium!  All of this trying is using up my credits, so now I am asking you SMF for your help.

I think both you and Sybil have my URL still  ;)

2. User page (with a buddy list) maybe make it so they can edit it, ex: color, pics, etc...

Bugs / SMF buttons not working

This seems to happen quite abit lately.  All the standard SMF buttons have the dreaded red X

Example:  The reply button, most of the smilies - but not all, online/offline icon......you get the idea.

And no, I havent replaced any of those icons with my own, these are all the SMF ones.

Honestly, I have googled this, and for the life of me, google doesnt seem to understand what it is I want, lol

I have a pic of a mailbox on my forum, and I just want ppl to be able to click on that pic to directly email me, does that make sense?

This didnt work for me, I even put the link in between the flash code, and nothing.  The announcement says to just post the link, for example, from You Tube, but it didnt work.

General Support / * ATTN: SMF * Problem with Ad free credits

I noticed today, that my ad free credits are being taken away 2 at a time.  I have double checked a few times to make sure, I was alone on my forum for abit today and went to different pages and each time, it took 2 credits.

Is there a glitch?  This is costing me more money  :-\

I have tried several times to play with the HTML but it doesnt want to cooperate. I want to change the background of my "portal".  When I installed a new theme, it just changed it to white and I hate it. I have the url I want to use but for some reason this new way to edit wont work for me.

General Support / Borders or boxes around info

I have seen a few forums have this now, and I cant seem to figure out how to do this.  Is this a code or something I can do in the admin section?

What I am referring to is, when you look at a topic and replies, where you see the persons nick name, info, post number, etc...on the left side, how do I make boxes or borders around each area.  I think it looks alot tidier this way

I have not changed anything on my forum, in fact I hadnt been on my forum for a few days and now my smilies dont seem to be working, they are all red X's.  I have paid to upload my own.  Is there something going on with the server?

On my forum, my Most Online Ever still is dated from June 05, 2007.  And I KNOW it has changed several times over the years and no matter what maintence I do, it doesnt seem to change that date.

SMF, is there anyway to please correct this, thanks!

When I try to post an announcement on my forum, I get this error message "Announcements currently disabled" and I know for a fact I didnt disable them  :(
