General Support / IP's still not showing.

Does anyone have any idea as to why a new members IP no longer shows when they register? This has now been going on since March  :'( Due to this happening, we are getting lots of spammers and are no longer able to ban their IP's as obviously they don't show!

Also, due to a new members IP not showing, it no longer shows as a new member on the forum stats! We have had 6 new members register in the last couple of days, but it shows 0 on the stats. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated  :-*

General Support / New Members IP not showing!

Hi,

When a new member registers on the forum, we can normally check their IP, but, for some strange reason now, the IP part is blank and it only shows their email address. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Its not showing when I go into Members in the Admin Panel either!

When I make a post on the forum, I am getting this message, although, when I look, my post has still gone in! Any ideas on why this is happening?

General Support / Problem copying Pics!

I have a very strange thing that has started to happen on the forum! We have a montly contest where members submit pics. We then add a poll. I have always copied the pics that are submitted, saved them to my computer and then uploaded to Photobucket! For some strange reason now, when I try to save a pic from the forum to my computer, I now get a message saying "Windows photo viwer cannot open this picture either because photoviewer doesn't support this file format, or, you dont have the latest updates to photoviewer" It is happening to all of us, not just me  :( Some members are getting a corrupt file message instead! It has just started happening in the last couple of days!

Any ideas?

I am trying to put the captcha on a different setting as members are finding it hard to get past the one I have. I change it fine, but, once I click "Save" it just randomly goes back to the one it was already on :( Any ideas?

General Support / Tapatalk problems

Hello,

We have quite a few members that are trying to post pics via tapatalk and it is saying,  "your forum has disabled image sharing from this app" Also, when they make a post, it just says processing and carries on spinning, therefore they think it has not gone through. In the end it comes up about 6 times :( Any ideas on this?

Hi Again,

I managed to get the forum back and was editing the font colours. The whole forum has now gone black, which means I cannot see anything to edit or any categories :( HELP please!!

Hello all,

I have taken over a forum and all was fine. I changed the forum categories and all was fine. When I cam back everything had gone strange. The forum looked very much like this one. This is how I am seeing it now....
