General Support / Process to Unpark my domain and restore DNS control to my host. HELP Please

hello at long last i have decided to Part from your awesome free service its not that its bad or any thing i just feel my community has out grown it and I have a web developer to assist me in building my own site. However I would like to get the DNS sorted ASAP as you should well know I have redirects to my gaming servers that I need to get back on line.

So how exactly do i go about UN-parking my domain It is hosted with go daddy if that helps you help me any.
I am moving it to a go daddy web server.

 
Currently looking for a nice forum software to install :O

Site is just giving me an error page not sure whats wrong with it not touched a thing the domain should be fine as far as i know. Mind taking a look for me :/

You know its been one of those days first we broke the game servers map then the games auth servers died and needed fixing and now the forum is down killing the game servers subdomain...

Lets just hope it only comes in 3....

Over the last month or so I have had several accounts made by people i dont know and are not related to my game server or my community make 1 post and the post contains some very badly worded English usually some what relating to the topic they posted in. my problem is that they seem to be bots they never post again and they always have a URL link advertising some really weird site its in their posts and signatures.

While 1 or 2 a month is not a big deal from an admin point of view its messy and id rather my users not have to see it.

Im not sure where the issue lies but my domain www.crazycowgaming.net/ has stopped working i can not connect to the forum or my game server using the subdomian. my next stop is with the site I got the domain from...

any advice? are things working your end?

so my server was recently moved braking my domain name that's all good iv not bothered to repair the domain and decided to use a simple redirect. the propblem being no one can use the forum. I cant login to my admin account every time i do it tells me to enter a username when i clearly did...

some users that are logged in can't make a post because they get a session timed out message when they try to post.

also admin section can't be accessed by a logged in user.

so how do we fix it so we can use it once more..

yep so my forum has been down since late yesterday its rather annoying as it currently was getting more traffic than normal due to a minecraft update and users using it as the hub of information as to what is going on. Could you please look into it it is needed badly :/ I need to notify my user's of the changes.

Hello again. I just popped in to make a simple request.

I would like to request my type A Redirect changed to reflect my new gaming server it is currently set as this:

mc.crazycowgaming.net  type A to pointed to : 50.22.36.174

Could it please be changed to:

mc.crazycowgaming.net  type A to point to : 207.210.254.134

General Support / Parked Domain Problem

I recently parked my domain crazycowgaming.net with your forum software in the process of doing so my zone file was wiped. meaning that my subdomian redirect was lost now that it is parked with the forum i have no way to edit the zone file of my domain meaning i cant re add my type A redirect for my minecraft server.

my self and my 40+ users need:

the mc.crazycowgaming.net  type A to point to : 50.22.36.174 aka my minecraft server.

I have been trying for the last few hours to get it to work but I really am stuck and can't get it to work at all.

my domain is through godaddy but it is not parked or any thing fancy like that with the forum in fact iv changed nothing on the forum to do with it. just did it all from go-daddy's site because it is the main domain not a subdomain.


Thats all the info i can provide besides a link to the ICO file I'm trying to get to display.
