Elements of Design, is a new site, that is like a living document, as it grows the board grows and the community grows.

Elements of Design was started as a place to have elements of avatar making in the one place, the site is still small, but welcomes new members.

if your looking for an avatar to wear in a chat site, then you are most welcome to browse my premade avatar section, avatars are added to that regularly.

To stop spammers, i have it that all sign up's have to be approved by admin, so dont panic if your not approved straight away, it would mean im actually sleeping *S*

SMF i hate to bother you, i have really tried to fix this problem, somehow i have made an error in my CSS.

i have like a table around private messages and it doesnt look right to me, i have noticed when i do reply it just seems to make it small, i hope this makes some sense *S*

attached is a screen shot of how a private message looks.

thanks for any suggestions and for running a great service.

thanks for a great service, i need some help.

i wanted to replace my rank images with something i felt was more suitable to the theme of our board and i did have the rank images working, then my hosting site had some troubles and when i went to put it back again, it wouldnt work, i read over the code i had put in and it seemed to be ok. 

i decided to totally wipe the code out and start again, the problem i have now is that i didnt save a copy of it and i normally do that, and i dont have the name of the original star rank image, is there anyway i can find out what the file name of the star's was?   Sorry i am currently feeling very blonde and silly.

thanks for a great service i have learnt lots while creating my board.

i hope i have placed this into the right spot, i have an problem and i have gone though the CSS code many times, and changed things and still cant seem to fix that its transparent behind my news, i would prefer it to be black like the actual board boxes are, but i cant work out where to change it, can someone please point me in the right direction.

i am currently getting our board ready for Christmas, i was wondering is it possible with a code to put an image into the subject line of a thread?

so its "image - aura's Christmas stocking"    as the topic.

i wish to place tiny Christmas stockings into the thread.

i am trying to put a hyperlink into the description box on our board, i have done a hyperlink as i normally would, and i have also searched the forum here but cant seem to find if it can actually be done in the description box of the board, i want it there so its highly visible *S*

i have searched the forum several times with no luck in finding what i am looking for, so i am sorry if its already posted somewhere *S*

i currently have the news on the forum as scrolling across, i would like to have the news in a series of lines, that dont scroll across but would be 3 separate lines and they just change, so basically one fades and the other appears,  is this possible? and if so is there a code *S*

i am having trouble, trying to have a  moderator showing they are a mod, when viewing members lists, He shows as a mod on the part of the board which He takes care of, any suggestions??

also i have assigned a colour to this moderators name but it doesnt show up, He is still showing the same as the other members, any suggestions??

hi i am getting a data base error and i havent touched any settings .... i promise *S*

it was when i went to post a reply, and i just went to get the message and now the whole forum is saying this
