I am on the admin staff and we have major member problems on our board right now. I would like to know how you lock a board down because it temporarily needs to be locked until I can get in touch with the head of  Admin who is out of town right now. I want to do this and have her full support on any decisions that I make that is for the good of the board.

General Support / Board is Soo Slow/Taking Several Minutes to connect

Board is so slow with connecting and making posts and replies I am about to pull my hair out. I am about to give up as I am sure most of my members are feeling the same way. Sure  hope it fixed soon as it is really hard to be patient and deal with it.

Our board has been experiencing extreme slowness for the past few days. It takes soo long to load the site and to make posts and replies. We are experiencing  the same slowness this morning and do hope it is fixed soon.

Well I hope they figure out what it is. This is slowly but surely getting old. It has been going on for days now. I know you are working as hard as you can to repair the thing but my patience and all my members are really growing old, We are soon going to be losing members if it isn't fixed soon. Some have already said they try a couple of times and can't get on so they give up for the day.

I have not received any time outs this morning but it is moving so slow you would think it was a turtle. I have to wait forever to threads to come up and even longr for it to except replies that I make. Just wanted to report this in case someone else was having the same problem.

Well here we go again. I have been on the board since about 1 and in less then an hour I have timed out and had to wait a few minutes to get back on. When is this going to be fixed? It is getting old. I can understand it happening every now and then but this is happening all day every day for over a week now and my members are almost thru trying to get on the board and praying we do not lose any members because of this.

MIne has been doing it for days and has been reported several times, have cleared cache and still doing it. Hope something is done about the soon. It is getting old. I don't get upset if it only happens occassionally but it seems to never stop anymore and is a daily thing.

Still getting this constantly. One minute we can get on and the other we can't and if we do get on it times out when trying to reply.
