Maybe you could try reminding them as to what you are expecting them to do to help you out and tell them that failure to do so will result in the loss of their admin status as they are obviously more comfortable chatting as regular members whereas you need admin that are going to help you to bear the load of running your site. I know that this might sound a little harsh, but I think that it is the best way of letting them know that their help is needed.

One thing I don't recommend that anyone tries is posting a link on a site such as facebook. I foolishly decided to try this and the result was over three hours of deleting abusive posts and the posters accounts were banned.  >:(
On the whole this was a pointless excersise that cost me dearly, too.

This is the first site that I have set up on my own so this might be quite a long post, My problem seems to be that my regular members somehow have access to my administration panel and 2 problem members keep deleting all my subjects (it's happened twice already and I am getting bored of having to recreate them). I don't know how this has happened, can someone please take a look and advise me on how to stop this happening again before I rebuild my forum?
Is there any way that I can change the karma to a simple give a hug or send a positive thought option because the karma option isn't really suitable for the type of site that I am running?
Is there any way that I can get a forum background that is more suitable for a memorial forum? I was thinking of something along the lines of angels or flowers.
Can I also change the topic unread/read symbol to a more suitable logo too? my thought for this was a flower or a harp depending on the background that I feel is appropriate for my members?
Is there also a way that I can create boards where only members of my choosing, irrespective of rank can get access to?
Can I make the administrator word under my administrators' name a bit more noticable by making it bigger and a different colour?
Can I change the stars that you get on ranking up to angels, flowers or hearts?
I think that this is enogh for me to be getting on with for now. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.  :tickedoff:
