I was doing ok with This until I had to put in an HTML block. How do I do that? The guide says it won't work with EzPortal, so how should I do it?

Ok, so I've been trying to figure out how to let members choose their own theme, but I can't seem to figure it out. I have it allowed under "Themes and Layouts," but when I go to "Profile" and then "Look and Layout Preferences," and try to change "Current Theme," the only option is the default theme. I have multiple themes installed, but none of them show up on the list to choose from. What am I missing?
