The idea is to prevent this by only hiring people you FULLY trust, remember that your site is your investment and you have to protect it yourself!

If not, did you actually try doing that? Did it work?
In reality, you'd need a compiler. mingw is a really nice one.

well for sites that are based on an RPG or rigs of rods, they could do a weekly drawing and get say a "car" from the shop for free.
