I see a lot of forums started and advertised with:

Post 5 posts and you get mod!!!!
Post 10 posts or get 2 people to joing with you and I make you Admin!!!!

Two weeks later the Administrator of the forum runs in here screaming his admin access has been taken away from him and his forum has been hacked.

There is NO reason to need more then one Administrator for a forum when you first start it.
There is NO reason to give others access to do anything critical in your Admin Panel when you are running a small forum.    

I realize we live in a  "I want it FAST and NOW age"  but things honestly CAN wait for you to be able to take care of them.     You don't need 10 people helping you do it.

And yes, that's how many (Not me, nice try though.) Lose their forums. I mean how pathetic is that, where you have to buy members? It's like this: Someone says the first person to get 5 posts gets Administrator, me, as a 10yo, will be rushing to that forum getting 5 posts. But I, infact, am a trustable person. I will simply just tell him: Dude, that was pretty unsecure about what you just did, because, since you've just made me an Administrator, I could simply Decode your Administration Status, therefore making me the owner of the forum.
This is the only person I've ever made an Administrator:
My BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST friend in real life, who's basically grown up with me, and is way too trustable, Jedijoe11788 or Jedi (Joey is his name.) If you make random people Administrator, your going to get bad results.
