Stylesheet Requests and Support / Cant find the Manage Styles under admin

Yo guys, Im trying to make my forum look like this http://www.styleyourforum.com/preview/index.php?topic=1.0

So i followed a little tutorial how to create a new stylesheet in smf Here: http://www.smfsupport.com/support/stylesheet-codes/how-to-install-a-stylesheet/msg72839/
But i can't find the Mage styles at configuration.... There is a "Create" button where i need to put the new css code in.
Would be cool if someone could help me with this
