Bugs / Forum censor acting strangely

I have never touched my forum's censor, and never activated it. I have no idea why its screwing things up on my forum.
I have never looked at the censor setting until today, I have never banned any words, and its censoring strange stuff like "cracking". I'm kinda at a loss to do here, as this is a role play forum, and sometimes we need the profanity to stay in character. Any help would be most appreciated.
I'm kinda annoyed there's no "on-off" switch for the censor on that note...

It has been going down with increasing frequency, and I can't access by forum more than half the day now.
No one else can either.

How does one flush their DNS? Just, for future reference.

Alright then, I'm a relatively new forum owner, so I'm utterly horrible at computer mumbo jumbo... well, regarding forum owning, anyways.
So, a few members of my forum;

Cannot access the page. I can, and at least two other people can. These two members are named advix and SlvrNightX. advix is a global mod, and SlvrNightX is an admin, and neither of them can access the forum. This happened right after the server change that all admins were alerted of.
Any help?
