Title: How do I change the speed for a marquee?
Post by: ^Purrson^ on October 15, 2008, 10:04:50 pm
I have a marquee I use for my signiture in my board, but would like to change the speed.
I have tried <MARQUEE scrolldelay=170 >your sig here</MARQUEE> but it just shows the code and does not slow it down

nope Sibyl that site uses different code.
Move here is [*move][/move]
I am trying to have
Breedism is a form of Racism, with a different name to it.
BAN THE DEED, NOT THE BREED
without saying whoa on that page would like to use the speed of 5 but code shows
[behavior scrollamount="5"]Breedism is a form of Racism, with a different name to it.
BAN THE DEED, NOT THE BREED[*move]

Well not sure how to set it to show asmove does not seem to work on your forum

^Purrson^    -   sorry,  I totally missed that you wanted to do it as a signature and just noticed that.

There is no way to change the speed.    The only thing you can use in the sig block is bbcode and the only way available to do the move code is:

[move]text goes here[/move]

You can check the Help Tab > Posting > SMF Bulletin Board Code and you'll see all the bbcodes you are able to use.
